Furman PB-40 Signal Processing Patchbay Rack Mount PB 40 PB40 -  40 1/4 IN & OUT 
The PB-40 is the professional Patch Bay System from Furman Sound featuring a full 40 patch points, eight more than most competitive products. It is housed in a sturdy, heavy gauge steel chassis measuring 1.75" high by 19" wide (one standard rack space). Each unit is constructed of 20 circuit board modules which fit into a specially designed sub-panel. An attractive front panel covers the sub-panel, hiding all mounting nuts and providing a blank white area for labeling each jack's connections. A rear cover slips over the rear connectors of each module and screws to the sub-panel, holding the modules firmly in place. 
Because of its modular construction, the PB-40 is available in many configurations. Each module consists of four connectors- a front pair and a rear pair, mounted on a printed circuit board. Modules are available using any desired combination of 1/4" phone, 1/4" phone (tip-ring-sleeve), or RCA (phono) jacks in front and in rear.
